- Online Payments: Refund will be credited to your bank account or payment wallet within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with TapBolt.
4. Return of Products
- In some cases, TapBolt may request the return of the defective or incorrect product.
- Returned products must be in the original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive a replacement product of the same model, subject to availability.
